My husband and I had appointments at Dr. Brendels new office today. We have been seeing Dr. Brendel for years now, so we were more than happy to join as new patients at Brendel Eye Care in Medina. The two ladies at the front desk were so friendly and helpful! The new office is so nice and fresh, with what looks to be new everything including all new eye care equipment (even the couches in the waiting room were so comfy). They have a good selection of glasses, and they were very accommodating with providing us options to try out new contacts before purchasing. It was very easy to check in and out, and to complete our new patient paperwork. I definitely recommend going to Dr. Brendel if you are looking for an eye doctor or thinking about making the switch to Brendel Eye Care!

I have been a patient of Dr. Brendel for several years and I couldn't be happier. He is very kind, patient, and explains things very well. I've always been near-sighted but when I couldn't read any more, he explained my options and helped me to choose one that has worked well for the past few years. I have contact lenses and glasses that are perfect for my life. He also takes good care of my mom, who needs a diabetic eye exam each year. It's awesome that Dr. Brendel has opened his own practice. The new office is quite spacious and comfortable and his staff is pleasant and competent. I highly recommend Dr. Brendel. He is one of the best.

I cannot say enough about how grateful I am to have found Dr. Brendel. He gives such outstanding care! He is extremely personable and very professional. He takes the time to discuss his findings and review all treatment options. In addition, his office staff provides excellent customer service! I highly recommend Brendel Eye Care to all.

I had such a wonderful experience at Brendel Eye Care! They were patient with me and worked with me to figure out my insurance coverage as well as ordering a new supply of contacts. Dr. Brendel was very friendly and also knowledgeable about the questions I had throughout the examination. I had a wonderful experience at Brendel Eye Care. They have a beautiful office comfortable office that is very clean and tidy. The eye exam was very thorough and Dr. Brendel was an absolute pleasure to work with. Jackie was very knowledgeable on helping chose new sunglasses and my entire experience with them was painless, reasonable and quick. I will definitely be back.

I not only received a comprehensive eye exam that corrected my near and far vision but he also may have discovered an underlying health issue in one of the tests. The Brendel Eye Care team is very friendly, courteous, and efficient. The office is outfitted with the latest equipment, including retinal imaging. We highly recommend Brendel Eye Care.
